Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms outline how subscriptions work on promptail.com and apply to all users who purchase recurring plans. By subscribing, you agree to the policies described below.


1. Auto-Renewal

All Promptail subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or yearly).

By starting a subscription, you authorize Promptail and its payment providers to charge your saved payment method at each renewal period unless you cancel beforehand.

If you do not wish to renew, you must cancel your subscription before the next billing date.


2. Billing Dates

Billing occurs:

  • On the date you first subscribe
  • Recurs every month or every year on the same date (depending on your plan)

If a billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month, billing will occur on the closest valid date.

Example: A subscription started on the 31st may renew on the 30th during months with fewer days.

Invoices and receipts are sent to the email associated with your account.


3. Subscription Pricing

Subscription prices may change over time due to updates, added features, or platform improvements.
If pricing changes:

  • You will receive reasonable notice before the new price takes effect
  • The updated price will apply at your next renewal, not immediately
  • You may cancel before the renewal date to avoid the new price

Your continued subscription after the notice period means you accept the updated pricing.


4. Cancellation – Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Ways to cancel:

a) Through your Dashboard

  • Log in
  • Go to Billing or Subscription Settings
  • Select Cancel Subscription

b) Through Support

What happens after you cancel:

  • Your access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged again
  • The current billing period is non-refundable, as digital access has already been granted

5. Failed Payments

If a payment method fails (expired card, insufficient funds, etc.):

  • We may retry the charge
  • Your subscription access may be paused until payment is completed
  • You will be notified by email

If payment remains unpaid, the subscription may be cancelled automatically.


6. Managing Your Subscription

You can view your billing history, update your payment method, or modify your plan through your account dashboard.

7. No Physical Delivery

All subscriptions provide digital access only.
No physical items are shipped.


8. Legal Agreement

By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to:

  • Auto-renewal unless cancelled
  • Pricing and billing terms
  • Immediate access to digital services
  • The Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and Terms of Service
